  • Change of Heart? We get it, design trends evolve. For unopened items, we can offer a full refund. However, for opened items, we can only offer store credit. This allows you to explore other luxurious options in our collection.
  • Accidental Damage: If you damage an appliance through user error, we won't be able to offer a full refund. However, depending on the situation and manufacturer's warranty, we might be able to assist you with a replacement or repair.
